COYOTE ROCK RV & MARINA PARK RULES
Registration & Occupancy
- All guests must register upon arrival.
- All fees are payable at check-in.
- Maximum occupancy is 6 people per RV site, 1 vehicle (See vehicle and parking section for additional vehicle inquiry) including overnight guests and visitors.
- RV sites are for RVs only; no tents permitted. One RV per RV site.
- Tent sites are for tent camping only; no RVs permitted.
- No tents in the back of vehicles or attached to vehicles.
- Group Tent sites are for tent camping only; no RVs permitted. MAX 3 tents and MAX 15 people, (no age restrictions for occupancy cap. Infants up to well-aged people, do count as individuals) MAX 3 cars.
- Persons under 18 may not camp without adult supervision.
- Subleasing of campsites is prohibited.
- All Cabins (Treehouse & River) are for 4 person occupancy; no tents are allowed under tree-house cabins or in any cabin area (River or Treehouse) one vehicle per cabin. See Vehicle & Parking for additional vehicle inquiry.
Rates
- Rates include 2 people, 1 RV, and 1 vehicle.
- Additional people and vehicles must register at the office and pay applicable fees.
- All camping rates include applicable taxes.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-In: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Check-Out: 11:00 AM
- Payment is due upon arrival.
- Check-out time is strictly enforced.
- Please do not arrive before check-in without prior arrangements.
- Late arrivals should notify the office whenever possible.
- Late arrivals may not set up after 10:00 PM.
Day Visitors
- Overnight guests must pre-register all visitors.
- Visitors must register at the office, pay applicable fees, and obtain a parking pass.
- Visitors are admitted only during office hours and no later than 7:00 PM.
- Visitors must leave by 9:00 PM.
- Unregistered visitors are not permitted.
Speed Limit
- Maximum speed throughout the campground and marina is 5 MPH.
- Drive slowly and cautiously for the safety of all guests.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
- Guests disturbing others may be required to leave without refund.
Vehicles & Parking
- All vehicles must be registered and display a parking pass.
- Maximum of One vehicle per site, additional vehicle may be allowed but is subject to availability & must pay additional parking fee at the office in advance.
- Vehicles must be parked within the assigned site.
- Do not block roads, neighboring sites, or vacant campsites.
- Overflow parking is limited, subject to availability and requires an additional fee paid at the office in advance.
- E-BIKES & E-SCOOTERS: ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PARK FOR ANY REASON.
Pets
- Pets must be leashed and under owner control at all times.
- Owners must clean up after their pets.
- Pets may not be left unattended at all, NO exceptions.
- Maximum of 2 pets per site, NO exceptions.
- Noisy or aggressive pets are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed in restrooms or showers.
Children
- Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
- Children under 12 must ALWAYS be supervised by parents in restrooms, docks, riverbanks, all marina areas & playground. (Everywhere) NO Exceptions.
- Children 12 and under must wear a life preserver while on docks.
- Children under 14 must be supervised after dark.
- Children must be supervised while in the camp store.
Campsite Standards
- Campsites must be kept clean, neat, and free of clutter.
- All equipment and vehicles must remain within the site boundaries.
- Leave your campsite as clean as you found it.
- No patio mats or carpets on grass.
- No washing vehicles or RVs on site.
Fires & Firewood
- Fire rings may not be moved.
- Fires must never be left unattended.
- All fires must be extinguished before checkout.
- Fires must be completely out by midnight.
- Do not cut, damage, or remove trees.
- Firewood is available for purchase at the office.
- Follow Oregon firewood transport regulations. Do not bring firewood from more than 50 miles away.
Water & Sewer
- Please conserve water whenever possible.
- Sewer connections must be secure, sealed, and airtight.
Restrooms, Showers & Laundry
Restrooms & Showers
- Facilities are for registered guests only.
- Please leave facilities clean after use.
- No bathing pets.
- No hair dye use.
- No washing dishes or clothing in restrooms or showers.
- Laundry Facilities are for Long Term registered guests only.
Wi-Fi
- Limited Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests. We unfortunately cannot support online gaming and mass streaming.
Mail Service
- Mail service is provided as a courtesy for current guests only.
- Mail received after departure will be returned to sender.
Marina Rules
- Fish and crab cleaning must be done only at the designated cleaning station. All Sea-Life carcasses must be returned to the river. DO NOT PUT THEM IN THE DUMPSTER OR GARBAGE.
- Fishing from docks is permitted during daylight hours only and is seasonal. Dock fishing closes from August to November. Check with office first before dock fishing. No dock fishing next to moored boats.
- Keep docks clean and free of obstructions.
- Cooking crab on docks is prohibited.
- Do not dump boiling water onto grassy areas.
- Respect other marina users and marina property.
Trash & Recycling
- Bag all trash and place it in designated dumpsters.
- Do not burn trash.
- No tires, propane cylinders, furniture, appliances, electronics, grills, carpet, or other large items may be disposed of in park dumpsters.
- Returnable cans and bottles may be placed in designated collection areas.
Prohibited Activities
The following are prohibited anywhere on park property:
- Fireworks
- Firearms and weapons
- Drones and RC vehicles
- Generators
- Illegal activity
- Dangerous driving
- Excessive noise
- Intoxicated or disorderly conduct
- Threatening, abusive, or offensive behavior
Conduct
Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner.
Please:
- Respect neighboring campsites.
- Do not walk through occupied campsites.
- Keep noise and music at reasonable levels.
- Respect campground staff, facilities, and other guests.
Immediate Eviction Policy
Guests may be required to leave immediately without refund for:
- Theft
- Fighting
- Threatening or menacing behavior
- Dangerous driving
- Illegal activity
- Abusive or offensive language
- Failure to follow campground rules, I.E. including but not limited to the speed limit of 5MPH.
Liability
Coyote Rock RV & Marina facilities are provided for guest convenience and are used at the guest’s own risk.
Management is not responsible for:
- Personal injury
- Accidents
- Theft
- Fire
- Vandalism
- Loss or damage caused by natural events
Management reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any guest who fails to comply with park rules and regulations.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Deposits
- First night’s stay is required as a deposit for standard reservations.
- Reservations of 30 days or more require a $100 deposit.
Standard Cancellations
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival receive a refund minus a $35 cancellation fee.
- Extended stays (14 nights or more) are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- Less than 14 days’ notice: deposit is non-refundable.
Cabin Reservations
- 14+ days notice: refund minus $35 cancellation fee
- Less than 14 days notice: deposit is non-refundable.
Holiday Reservations
- Memorial Day Weekend
- Independence Day
- Labor Day Weekend
Holiday reservations require a 3-night minimum stay and are non-refundable.
Additional Policies
- No refunds for weather, health, mechanical issues, or early departures.
- Reservation changes may incur a $35 change fee.
- Credits expire one year from issuance and may only be used once.
- Reservations made with credits cannot be canceled for additional credits.
Seasonal & Extended Stay Sites
A two-week notice is required before departure from extended-stay sites.
Seasonal and extended-stay sites are limited and available only on designated sites.
A waiting list is maintained for future availability.
