Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-In: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Payment is due upon arrival.

Speed Limit

• Maximum speed throughout the park is 5 MPH.
• Please observe all speed limits for everyone’s safety.

Quiet Hours

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No exceptions.
• Guests who disturb others may be asked to leave without refund.

Pets

• Noisy pets are not welcome.
• Pets must be leashed at all times.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• Pets may not be left unattended.

Campsites

• All sites must be kept clean and orderly.

Water Conservation

• Please conserve water and shower usage whenever possible.

Sewer Connections

• Sewer hookups must be secure and airtight.

Trash Disposal

• All refuse must be bagged and placed in park dumpsters.
• No tires or propane cylinders may be disposed of in park dumpsters.

Children

• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult in:
• Bathrooms
• Docks
• Riverbanks

Fish & Crab Cleaning

• All fish and crab cleaning must be done at the cleaning station located on Dock One.

Fireworks

• Fireworks are prohibited on park property.

Trees & Firewood

• Please do not cut or use park trees for firewood.
• Firewood is available for purchase at the office.

Liability

• Management is not responsible for personal injury, accidents, or loss of property.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Absolutely no subleasing of sites.

Immediate Eviction Policy

Anyone involved in the following activities will be required to leave immediately without refund:

• Theft
• Fighting
• Threatening or menacing behavior
• Dangerous driving
• Abusive or offensive language
