Coyote Rock RV & Marina is privately owned and operated.  The following rules are established for the safety and comfort of all campers and are subject to change at owners’ discretion.  Campers disregarding rules may be subject to dismissal without refund. The management reserves the right to prohibit or eject any party at any time without refund. No cash refund for early departures (weather, etc.).  Thank you for your cooperation.

 ALL GUESTS MUST REGISTER UPON ARRIVAL!  

 All fees are payable upon Check-in.

Check-in time is 1pm; Check-out time is 11am Check-out time is strictly enforced.

Check in & out times are necessary for the flow of operations.

PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME without checking availability and making arrangements with us.  We are happy to accommodate, if possible.

 DAY VISITORS: Registered overnight camping guests MUST pre-register day visitors at the office.  We do not admit any unregistered visitor.  Visitors can only arrive during office hours and will not be admitted any later than 7pm.  Visitors must complete registration upon arrival, pay applicable fees, obtain a parking pass, and exit the campground by 9 PM. Access to all campground amenities is included with a day visitor pass.  Sites with unregistered persons will be asked to leave the campground.

Maximum 6 people TOTAL PER SITE AT ALL TIMES, overnight and day visitors combined. Visitors only admitted if space exists and if pre-registered.

SPEED LIMIT: 5 M.P.H. throughout the park.  Drive slowly and with caution.

VEHICLES & PARKING: Each vehicle must be registered and will be issued a parking pass that must be visibly displayed.  Limit of 2 vehicles per site and must be parked on the assigned site.  No blocking other sites, roadways, or parking on vacant sites. Fee applies for additional vehicles or use of overflow parking.  Very limited overflow parking is available, and space cannot be guaranteed.  PLEASE CARPOOL!

FIRES: FIRE RINGS MAY NOT BE MOVED! Maintain fires at a safe level and do not leave fire unattended. Please make sure fires are fully extinguished upon check-out.  All fires must be out by 12:00 AM (midnight).

FIREWOOD: Per OR state law, firewood may not be transported into the state to prevent the spread of insect infestations. DO NOT bring firewood from over a 50 mile radius.  Buy it where you burn it!  Local firewood is available for sale at the camp store.

NO CUTTING OR DISFIGURING OF TREES!  We want our trees healthy and growing for everyone to enjoy!

CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children at all times. Direct adult supervision of all children under 14 is required after dark and under 10 at all times around the campground.  All children must be supervised while in the camp store.
Persons under 18 years old are not allowed to camp or stay on property without adult supervision.

BATHROOMS & SHOWERS:  Restrooms are for RV park occupants ONLY; we take pride in cleanliness. Please leave them as clean as when you found them. Treat bathrooms and showers, with care. Please report any problems to the office. Please do not bathe your animals or use any kind of hair dye in the showers. No washing clothing or dishes.

LAUNDRY: Code required for the laundry room. Quarter exchange for laundry machines is available in the laundry room. Do not overload washers/dryers, shake out dirt or dog hair prior to washing. We ask that you do not wash large items such as sleeping bags, rugs, blankets, or shoes. NO pet bedding in washers and dryers. Please be courteous and clean up after yourself.

WIFI: Limited WIFI service is available for guests by the office building. Please remember that it is a shared resource, do not use WIFI extenders as they interfere with our system.

MAIL: We do provide mail service as a courtesy, be mindful after you have checked out no mail is being delivered to our office. If you no longer are here everything will be stamped “back to sender”.

CONDUCT: Occupants are not to interfere or tamper with park property or park business. This includes interfering with park management. Your conduct in the park must be orderly. Any intoxication, profane language, excessive noise of any type, excessive traffic, illegal activity, or the appearance of will not be tolerated.

 MARINA BASICS:

  • Speed limit in the Marina is 5 mph. Cleaning of fish and crab must be done at the provided fish cleaning station.
  •  Fishing off the dock is permitted only during daylight hours for the public.
  •  Be respectful of other patrons of the Marina. Do not leave trash on the docks. Do not block pathways on the docks.
  •  Cooking crab is NOT permitted on docks. Please do not dump boiling water in grass areas.
  •  All children under the age of 12 must always be under adult supervision. Children the age of 12 and under are not permitted on the docks without a life preserver.

 TRASH & RECYCLING: Please dispose of trash & recycling in designated dumpsters, do not leave behind at site. DO NOT BURN TRASH. Dumpsters may not be used to dispose of large items such as grills, furniture, carpets, electronics, appliances, tires or metal.
*We collect returnable bottles and cans

PROHIBITED!!!: Use of Drones & RC Vehicles, Firearms, Weapons, Fireworks, and Generators.

No patio mats on grass.  No washing cars or RV’s.

PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF YOUR NEIGHBORS!
Do not walk through or park on other campsites and keep noise and music to a respectful volume at all times.

PETS: Must be leashed and under the control of an adult owner at all times. Please pick up after your pet! Pets are not allowed in the bathrooms and should not be left unattended outside or in vehicles.

SITE STANDARDS:

1.     All RV’s and vehicles must be in operable and good condition.  

2.     Sites should be kept clean, neat, and free of trash and clutter.  

3.     All items, camping unit and vehicles must be contained to the site area.

4.     Shade tents are permitted, please secure these appropriately.  

5.     Leave the campsite as clean as you found it, take all trash to dumpsters at departure.

  • RV Sites – for RV campers only, NO tents. One camping unit per site.
  • Tent Sites – for Tent Camping Only, NO RV’s. Limit 2 tents per site if the site is large enough, please check at time of reservation.
  • NO PATIO MATS/CARPETS ON GRASS!!
  • All sewer hose connections must be sealed!

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

LIABILITY:

Coyote Rock RV and Marina facilities are solely for the convenience of our guests. All persons use them at their own risk. Management/owner will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property by fire, theft, vandalism, or any act of nature which is beyond their control. All visitors while on the RV park property are required to abide by all park rules and regulations. Park occupants are responsible for the rule violations, damages or illegal activity of family members or visitors.

 Management has the right to refuse entry or service to anyone for any reason he/she deems necessary and evict those who do not comply with the RV park rules and regulations.

 Campsites have a six-person occupancy limit, and tents must fit on designated tent pads. Tents erected off designated tent pads are subject to removal. Camping between designated sites is prohibited. When camping areas are filled to stated capacity, no other campers will be allowed.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

When making a reservation, the first night down is required for a deposit. The remaining amount of the stay is due on check in, including extra fees for extra tents, extra people and extra parking and moorage. Reservations for 30 days or more require a deposit of $100.00.

All cancellations, other than monthly, made 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will qualify for a full refund minus a $20 cancellation fee or we will try to change the dates of your reservation or credit your account for a future stay, this credit will expire one year after date of issuance. and this credit is only offered one time per cancellation. Any cancellations made less than 3 days prior to your reservation date will forfeit the full deposit paid (1st night stay) and WILL NOT qualify for any refunds or credits.

*Credits to User Accounts will expire one year from issuance and may NOT be redeemed for any reservation dates that encompass a holiday period or special event. Credits have no cash value and may not be applied toward store merchandise. Unused balances will not be refunded and may only be redeemed once. Guests may not cancel a reservation made with a Credit and receive another credit for a future date or receive the balance of the Credit in cash or credit back to a credit card.

We look forward to your staying with us but understand that plans may change.  If you should need to cancel, we ask that you give as much notice as possible, in writing or by phone, and be understanding and respectful that the following cancellation policy will apply.

Holiday periods and one night reservations are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

RV/Tent Sites: Cancellation with 14 + days’ notice: refund minus $20 cancellation fee.  Extended stays 14 or more nights, $100 cancellation fee.  Cancellation with 72 hours or less notice/no shows: non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cabin Rentals: Cancellations with 14 + days’ notice, deposit is refunded minus $20 cancellation fee. Cancellation with less than 14 days’ notice, deposit is non-refundable.

All Reservations:

Late changes and any change that shortens the length of reservation are subject to a $20 change/cancel fee.
Changes made within 72 hours of scheduled arrival that shorten the length of stay are issued no refund.
No refunds for early departures.
You must arrive or otherwise contact us by 10 am the day following your scheduled arrival date or reservation will be forfeited with no refund issued.

Two nights minimum for weekend reservations.
One night reservations will be made available 7 days in advance and taken based on availability.

The following weekends are considered “Holidays” in the camping industry and require a 3 day minimum reservation. Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. We do not offer refunds for reservations cancelled for these weekends but given more than a 3-day notice we would be willing to change dates for a future reservation.

Three nights minimum on these 2023 holiday weekends:

  • Memorial Day Weekend: May 26th – 29th
  • Independence Day: June 30th – July 4th
  • Labor Day: Sept 1st – 4th

We offer a limited number of seasonal/extended stay RV site rentals on specific sites only.

SEASONAL SITES

Due to the limited number, low turnover, and high demand, we have a waitlist in case anything does become available in the future.  Please email us if you would like to be put on the waitlist.

Reservation Policies

Unfortunately, even in cases of an emergency, we cannot refund deposits when a cancellation occurs without proper notice.

We DO NOT offer refunds for WEATHER, HEALTH, or MECHANICAL related instances. Additionally, guests who shorten their stay are liable for charges on cancelled nights.

Campers who do not call and do not show up for their site will have their reservation cancelled on the day after the check in date without a refund of their deposit.

All deposits for extended-stay reservations (30 days or more) are non-refundable. Any cancellation within 30 days of scheduled arrival, OR a NO Show (defined above) will result in a full forfeiture of the “Hold” deposit. A two week advance notice of departure is required. We offer a limited number of seasonal/extended stay RV site rentals on specific sites only.

Late Arrival Campsites

With A Reservation

If possible, contact the office during hours to advise them that you will be arriving after closing.
Outside the office, taped the sliding door you will find a map with your name on it and your site number. The map will show you how to get to your site.
Late arrivals may NOT set up past 10 pm and should remain quiet so as to not disturb neighboring sites.  If you are having trouble with site hookups or other maintenance issues after our office closes, please report them after our office opens the following morning.  We do not perform maintenance repairs at night. Late arrivals will be charged our regular nightly rate regardless of how late they arrive.
Late arrivals are required to come up first thing in the morning to register and pay for the remainder of their stay.
